Bartender to the rescue’s End of the year networking event
Dommie mommie end of the year networking event On December 28th, Philly entrepreneur and bartender Dommie Mommie hosted a networking event for entrepreneurs across the city. The event experienced a great turnout with 8 local entrepreneurs, in addition to Dommie, all with different business types coming to set up shop. They all networked despite the fact that none of them were familiar with one other. The event was beneficial for all of the entrepreneurs involved. They all were able to sell merchandise, meet new people, and gain exposure, which was Dommie’s reason for this event. I interviewed Dommie and asked what made her want to throw this event. She stated that she wanted to attract more attention to her bartending school and help others while doing so. She also wanted to meet new people and network with business owners she didn’t know.
