Divine apparel Creator and owner N’dia Knight Instagram @ndiamarie_ .
Divine was established in 2018 but is currently being rebranded an set to be released July 5th, 2020.
It started off as a line for dresses an casual women clothing but is now a lingerie and lingerie accessories brand. The name Divine was chose because she believes nothing is more powerful than a divine being and she wants her customers to feel as such. Powerful and beautiful.

N’dia learned that she wanted to be a entrepreneur from working in corporate in accounting. While doing that she realized that entrepreneurship is essential for financial freedom which she stated was her biggest motivator. She decided to go with lingerie because in the start of her business her followers an clientele was more interested in her lingerie promotions. She she figured that should be her niche. A few of the hardest things she has had to overcome so far as a business owner are. Figuring out a niche, how to expand her platform, and sales. In 2018 when divine was first started it began as a partner ship but now it’s just N’dia making executive decisions which was another problem she had to overcome. Motivating her self day after day to reach her Short term life goal and that is to be financially dependent on her company. Her long term life goal is to make the Forbes list she can’t settle for anything less. She also has a short term business goal to sell out completely on at least one of her collections. Her favorite piece is the crystal 2 piece set (hasn’t dropped yet). Long term business goal is for her business to have a net worth of at least a million. Growing up N’dia didn’t have a specific career choice but she knew she wanted to be well off financially. Her biggest promotion method is social media. Her biggest supporters are her mom and her closest friends. Her friends an family her very supportive to her dreams.

Growing up in Philadelphia an Delaware county with 4 siblings 3 sisters and a brother she didn’t have everything she wanted but she always had what she needed. She is currently in school and still working in accounting. Divine is her first business venture she doesn’t have any partners. Her platform is vintage and aesthetic. Choices of color pink and white. With that she comes up with ideas for her brand but she’s always open to new ideas. The photographer she works with helps her figure out what’s best for her company.

N’dia’s vision for her business and brand is to have a successful lingerie line for all shapes, sizes, and colors she said and I quote “ I want everyone to feel represented and included. She is inspired by how her business helps others to be comfortable in their own skin regardless over what others say about them. Divine is big on women empowerment an inclusivity. She isn’t familiar with any philly lingerie lines but she’s open to a collaboration. She plans on expanded her brand for men as well it’s in her beliefs that men’s lingerie isn’t marketed enough. In 5 year’s she she’s herself extremely successful with her lingerie company on its way to Forbes. With the passion an determination that she has for her dreams an goals we at Philly street Magazine believes she will do everything she has set her mind too. In the mean time be on the look out for the release of Divine apparel July 5th 2020. Follow them on instagram @divineapparelllc and @ndiamarie_
