It started off as a line for dresses an casual women clothing but is now a lingerie and lingerie accessories brand.     Dommie Mommie host her 3rd net working event  On Sunday March 8th entrepreneur and bartender Dommie Mommie hosted her 3rd networking event. It was a wonderful turn out 22 vendors an she even had vendors from other cities come. When I came in off the bat I noticed everyone socializing, dancing, and eating food prepared by one of the vendors @ty_thecook. The event place was very spacious well decorated and she had a Dj as well. From my observation everybody enjoyed their time ,made money , met some new people, and potential business partners. There were about 12 different businesses involved in the net working event. They were Liquor, lingerie, cosmetics, lashes, food, clothing, accessories, health products and more.  Dommie’s event was a huge success    and she even had the voice for the voiceless (Fareed Abdullah ,who’s running for state representative on April 28th )attend her event. This most misconstrued concept  of things that  bump in  the night  are they’re intangible creatures of mythical origin. The bogeyman or candy man. We are oblivious to the harsh fact lurking just beneath our noses. It's not the monster under your bed or the ghost in the haunted house but the man or woman you think you can trust. Society has got us to think it's just in the movies where victims are taken and sold as if their a cheap price of meat. No, it's the stark truth! People, women, men, girls and boys are being sold into dark recess of places that only causes torment or pain. Not just random people but our family, friends, neighbors, associates, and colleagues. The very fabric of people that holds us together are being snatched away! These dire situations are right in the backyard of our home city of Philadelphia and it gets more severe by the day.  There are thousands of cases unbeknownst to the public and neighbors. Dommie mommie end of the year networking event  On December 28th, Philly entrepreneur and bartender Dommie Mommie hosted a networking event for entrepreneurs across the city. The event experienced a great turnout with 8 local entrepreneurs, in addition to Dommie, all with different business types coming to set up shop. They all networked despite the fact that none of them were familiar with one other. The event was beneficial for all of the entrepreneurs involved. They all were able to sell merchandise, meet new people, and gain exposure, which was Dommie’s reason for this event. I interviewed Dommie and asked what made her want to throw this event. She stated that she wanted to attract more attention to her bartending school and help others while doing so. She also wanted to meet new people and network with business owners she didn’t know. My name is Tyjae Sullivan, creator and co-owner of the city’s new magazine, Philly Street Magazine. I hosted a Thanksgiving food and clothing giveaway for the homeless and less fortunate on Nov 23rd and 30th.  With the help of my business partners, sponsor  http://www.cwrphilly.com , family, friends, and volunteers, we fed an clothed 300 plus people over the course of those 2 days. The experience was riveting. Helping people in need is something me and one of my brothers and business partners, Rasheen, always wanted to do. There were so many people without things needed for the winter such as jackets, hats, scarves, socks, and gloves. We provided food and clothes for ages 5 and up We fed and clothed whole families.  Not only did we set up shop at the park on Kensington and Tioga but we also walked the streets to feed and clothe people who were unaware of the event occurring.
